This is the question I’m asked the most, and the easiest to answer.
My prices represent the number of years I’ve spent doing what I do (20+ years), as well as the specialized aspect of my regular clientele (real estate professionals).
Although I do occasionally work with industries outside real estate, my prices still reflect the amount of experience I bring to the table.

Absolutely! Just because our regular clients are in the real estate space, that doesn’t mean we can’t work with business owners in any industry.
Another fairly simple question to answer, but the tl;dr is simply… because it works.
I can build literally anything you can dream of on the WordPress platform, and my clients can manage the site themselves once I’m finished, because WordPress has the added benefit of being extremely user-friendly.
Seriously… if it’s good enough for The White House, it’s good enough for my clients.

Look, I hate to be the bearer of bad news, but the truth of the matter is that the top spots on ANY search engine are PAID. If you don’t believe me, run a quick search for something in your area and look at all the top results. Notice something? They’re all sponsored.
Anyone who claims they can get you to that top spot, is looking to charge you a fortune for their services. If you want to pay it, that’s fine – but that’s how it works, no matter what they tell you.
Just because you can’t claim the #1 spot organically, that doesn’t mean you can’t rank well locally.
Locally is the operative word here, because your competition is always going to be much lower within a specific region than if you try to generalize. That’s why we ONLY focus on local optimization.
There are more aspects taken into account when the search engines decide who ranks well locally than there are on a global scale. Our goal is to give you all the tools you need to compete – after that, it’s up to you to keep the momentum going and convince the search engines you deserve one of those top spots.
I don’t; but there isn’t anything I could do in person that I can’t accomplish from here. The work can all be done remotely, any necessary training is included in a special video section of your administration area, and meetings can be held via telephone or Zoom.
