Before we do anything, we’ll have a nice, long conversation about your business and your ideal clients. We’ll talk about what sort of marketing you’re currently engaged in, we’ll take a look at your current marketing assets, and we’ll talk about branding (don’t like your current branding? now’s your chance to change things up!).

Once we understand you and your ideal client, only then will we get to work (don’t worry – we’re REALLY good at this part!).

Time: 1-2 Hours

This is when we build your mockups, and create a plan of attack for whatever branding, optimization, or other services you may need.

Once your mockups are ready, you’ll give your seal of approval to the design, and we’ll begin the next phase.

Total Time: 1-2 Weeks

During the build phase, we’ll build everything out in the background so as not to disrupt any traffic or operations on your current site, if we’re doing a redesign.

If we’re building from scratch (a.k.a. you don’t already have a site), we’ll place a “Coming Soon” page on your domain, and remove it when we’re ready to go live. 

Total Time: 2-6 Weeks, Depending On Project Scope

This is exactly what it sounds like. Once everything’s ready to go, we’ll spend a week with the live files, testing to ensure that every part of the customer journey is in top working condition.

Total Time: 1 Week

And you’re off to the races!

Once your site is launched, you’ll have an additional 30 days during which you can call us at no additional charge to fix any minor issues, remind you how something works, or make up to three (3) minor changes.

Project Total Time: 4-12 Weeks, Depending on Complexity
